Who is responsible

Your enquiry
We collect the book title, optional author, desired language, email address, website language and submission page. We record the request time, notice acknowledgement and processing status. These details let us handle your enquiry, review the requested book and communicate a quote or status update. Providing information is voluntary, but the required fields are necessary to respond. The form does not upload a book, create an account or take payment.
Providers and international processing
OpenAI Sites hosts the website on Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests are stored in an access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database. Resend sends service messages and receives mail at our request address. Incoming messages are forwarded to the operator’s Google Gmail inbox for review and replies. The operator and these service providers process the information needed for this service. Processing may occur in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries used by the providers. We do not promise storage exclusively in Switzerland. Contact us for the provider and transfer information relevant to your enquiry.
Retention
We retain enquiries while handling them. We review enquiries after 90 days without activity and delete those no longer needed from the request database and our working inbox. Records required for an agreed order, legal obligation or dispute are retained separately for that purpose. Provider operational logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention cycles. You can ask us to delete an enquiry earlier.
Your rights and choices
Email our contact address to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing, request restrictions or a portable copy where applicable. We may request proportionate information to verify that the data concerns you. You can complain to your competent data-protection authority, including the Swiss FDPIC where applicable. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise advertising. The acknowledgement records that you read this notice; it is not blanket consent to other processing.
Security and tracking
This version uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting providers process connection information to deliver and protect the website. Our abuse protection stores a short-lived hash derived from the connecting IP address, rather than the raw IP in the request database. Book and email content is not included in routine application logs.
